African Leadership Institute is accredited with the Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA) and registered with the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) and Namibia Training Authority (NTA). Our NQA accredited academic programs include a Certificate in Entrepreneurship (Level 4), Certificate in Transformational Leadership (Level 5) and a Diploma in Transformational Leadership (Level 6). Our non-academic programs include various seminars, Teambuilding Training and Leadership Training for Namibian youth. Our basic philosophy is a holistic approach to leadership development (focusing on both human and social capital) that inspires and enables individuals to lead transformation in themselves, their families, teams, organizations and communities.
