Accredited academic programs include the following:

Non-academic programs include various seminars, teambuildings, and leadership training for Namibian youth.
Our basic philosophy is a holistic approach to leadership development (focusing on both human and social capital) that inspires and enables individuals to lead transformation in themselves, their families, teams, organizations and communities.
